Nothing special about this Courtyard. We had a 1st floor room next to some conference rooms. At 10:00 we heard everyone loudly leaving the conference room, doors slamming, etc. No crash bar on our sliding door- broken off and not replaced/repaired. Why bother with online requests like extra towels- 2nd Marriott stay in which I requested stuff I didnt get. Mattress on the bed was just terrible- my backs been a mess since my stay and Ive had 2 chiropractor visits to get my aching back corrected. I was originally given a King bed room (no sleeper sofa) for a family of 5. Really? Had to go back to the desk and get a King/sleeper sofa room. Probably wont be returning to this hotel. Didnt see any in room safe either for securing valuables.
